Marie Troïtskaia aka Marie Oiseau is an architect versed in pastry making beautiful cakes inspired by the building, sculptures and other forms.
The young woman of 21 combines her studies of architecture with her passion for dessert planning to create each of her cakes as an architectural project.
Originally from Moscow, she pursued her studies in France in Paris with a career as a pastry chef.
If she previously worked as a chef in Moscow in the Californecaketion pastry shop, she hopes to open her own shop in the capital of France. More here.
