of shop Oracle Tattoo, located in Singapore, shares his works on his
Instagram. Recently, he shared a curation of black tattoos he did on his
clients in order to hide their old tattoos, that they’re ashamed of.
This style rich in black ink is known under the name of “blackout” and a
new trend is emerging on social medias.
